2. Residence Certification (निवास प्रमाण पत्र(बिहार का)
3. Bank Passbook (बैंक पासबुक के प्रथम पृष्ट की छायाप्रति )
4. Graduation Mark sheet (स्नातक उत्तीर्णता का अंक पत्र/प्रमाण पत्र)
