AP Polycet Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship/Domicile (For All Courses)
• All the candidates should be the citizen of India (Indian National).

• Those who have completed their 10th or 12th Board from outside AP state can also if they are the permanent resident of AP state.
• Those who have the valid domicile in Andhra Pradesh or permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  Academic Qualification. 
• Candidate must have completed 10th Board (SSC) or equivalent from any state recognized educational board having Mathematics, English & Science as their qualifying subjects.
• Candidates who are appearing for 10th Board in 2020 are also eligible.

Eligibility for AP Polycet 2020

Those candidates who have completed their 10th Board in compartmental can also apply for AP Polycet 2019 Exam. Candidates belonging to NIOS/CBSE/SCSE/APOSS/OTHER equivalents to SSC by AP Board having secured at least 35% in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry individually are also eligible.

Note: Those candidates who completed 10th standard with grace marks are also eligible.

AP Polycet 2020 Admit Card Details 

AP Polycet 2020 Admit Card will be available online from the second week of April.

Candidates can download the AP Polycet  Admit Card from official portal only.

AP Polycet Admit Card will contain all the information pertaining to the candidate.

Candidate needs to carry one photo ID proof such as Aadhar Card along with AP Polycet 2020 Admit Card.

Without AP Polycet 2020 Admit Card, the candidate will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall.

AP PolyCET Result  & Cutoff with Merit List, Counselling Dates 

AP Polycet 2019 Exam (Polytechnic Common Entrance Test) conducted by State Board of Technical Education and Training, Vijayawada will declare the AP Polycet Result online 7th May 2020. It is to be noted that AP Polycet Exam was conducted 28th April 2020 for taking admission in various courses of Engineering & Non- Engineering Courses in various polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh State. 

AP PolyCET Result  

Candidates who get the minimum of 30% Marks in the qualifying exam (AP Polycet Exam) i.e 36 marks out of a total of 120 Marks will be considered as qualified for taking admission while this minimum marks doesn’t apply for reserved categories as they will get rank irrespective of marks obtained by candidates.

Please note that in case of a tie of total marks, marks obtained by candidates in the subjects will be given in this order.

• Physics

If still, candidates are having tie marks then those who will be elder given higher rank (On the basis of Date of Birth in the 10th Board)

AP Polycet 2020 Result Details

AP Polycet Result will contain the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exams as well as rank secured by the candidate.

Those belong to unreserved category must secure at least 30% Marks i.e, 36 Out of 120 Marks to get qualified for AP Polycet Exam.

Though for reserved categories there is no such restrictions and all candidates belongs to reserved categories will be provided rank irrespective of their marks in the qualifying exams.

Any requests pertaining to rechecking of the result will not be entertained under any circumstances by authority.
