All instance – Priyanka Named student of class 10th passing year 2017, Who got 04 marks in Sanskrit and 29 marks in Science and then applied for Bihar Board 10th Scrutiny 2017 after the scrutiny for 10th Class BSEB number given in Sanskrit 09 and Science 07. She goes against the BSEB in Patna City High Court, High court said If the charges were found to be wrong, then it would be fined 40,000. She becomes agree.

After the Patna City high court strictness the original copy submitted to the board and then that was again examined then she got 80 marks in science and 61 marks in Sanskrit. The court expresses displeasure over the performance of the examination committee and said to pay 05 Lakh penalty to petitioner as a Carousel.
