According to the Digital India Digital locker facility per individual can use Maximum 1GB space. Most important to all the aspirants to use following an extension of save the file. .pdf, .jpg,.jpeg, .png, .gif and .bmp. Video or audio files are not allowed. No document file should exceed 1 MB in size.

Procedure to access DigiLocker

First of all log on the digital media website and get the link to access the digiLocker facility. Then sign off first time using your Aadhar number and OTP (One Time Password) which you get on your mobile number which is registered to your Aadhar Card. There is one another option is to use your figure print for this your computer system must be attached to a Biometric device. Once you enter the OTP, UIDAI will perform e­KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) verification. Upon successful verification, you can enter the locker and perform a host of activities.
