NEET 2020 Application Form Details

  • Commencement of NEET 2020 Application Form from 2nd December 2019.
  • NEET 2019 Application Form will be in Online mode only.
  • Interested candidate must check their eligibility for NEET 2020 Exam before filling up the NEET 2020 Application Form.
  • Candidates are advised to keep their documents beforehand applying for NEET 2020 Application Form such as Scanned Photographs, Right-hand index finger impression, and signature.

NEET 2020  Application Form: How to Apply

  • Go to the official Portal, Click on the “ Apply Online” button for registration. (We will provide the link soon).
  • Read the complete instructions carefully before registering.
  • Proceed further and Click “I Agree” button.
  • Candidate must be navigated to the registration form, fill in all the personal, academic details.
  • The candidate will receive the One Time Password (OTP) on registered Mobile No.
  • Candidates are expected to fill all the required fields carefully.
  • After filling all the required fields students have to review and check all the entered fields. Proceed further to complete the registration and moving to the next step.
  • Upload the scanned images i.e, scanned photographs, signature and right-hand index finger impression.
  • No NEET 2020  Application Form will be deemed as complete without payment of NEET 2020 Application Form, so in next step, candidates have to pay the NEET 2020  Application Form.
  • Students can pay the NEET 2020 Application Form Online as well as Offline mode.
  • Online Payment can be done by Credit/NetBanking/Debit Card.
  • Offline Payment for NEET 2020  Application Form can be done by generating e-Challan and submit it to the nearest ICICI/HDFC/Syndicate Bank.
  • After successful payment, please take few printouts of Completely filled NEET 2020  Application Form for future reference.
NEET 2020  Eligibility Criteria, Qualification, Age

NEET 2020 Eligibility Criteria must be fulfilled by Candidate who wants to appear for NEET 2020  Exam. It is to be noted that, the organizing body for NEET Exam decides the Eligibility Criteria, Qualification and other details pertaining to NEET Exam.

Candidate’s eligibility criteria will vary considering various parameters such as Candidates Category, state etc. National Eligibility Entrance Exam is conducted by to let eligible aspirants who qualify the NEET to take admission in various medical and dental colleges in India.

  • Applicants, who apply for NEET 2020 Exam must be a citizen of India, and Non-Resident Indians (NRI).
  • All those who are  Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) and Foreign Nationals can also apply.


  • Applicants should be at least of 17 years old as on or before 31st December 2020.
  • Applicants should not be more than 25 years of age as on NEET 2020 Exam Date.

Note: There is age relaxation for applicants belongs to reserved category.

SC/ST Applicants must be born on or later than 05/05/ 1990 or before January 2004.
  • No. of Attempts: Applicant can appear for NEET Exam only thrice.
  • Valid ID Proof: Applicant must hold Aadhar Card (If you want to apply for Aadhar Card)

Academic Qualification

  • Candidate must have cleared 12th Board or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute.
  • Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary having Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as the compulsory subject along with English.
  • Those students who are appearing for 12th Board/Higher Secondary in 2019  can also apply for NEET 2019  Exam but they will have to produce the provisional certificate at the time of NEET 2019  Counselling.

Minimum Marks

Please note the minimum marks required in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology (PCB) aggregate to make the candidate eligible.

There will be 85% Seats reserved and will be filled through State Counselling while 15%seats will be filled through All India Counselling.

 State Seats Criteria (85% Seats) 

  • Interested Candidates seeking admission through state seat quota must have his/her permanent residency proof in the state.
  • Candidate must hold the domicile of the state.
  • Candidate must have completed secondary education (10th Board) and have been appearing for Higher Secondary (12th Board) or already completed.

All India Seats Criteria (15% Seats)

  • Candidate must be Citizen of India or Non-Resident Indian (NRI).
  • Candidate must meet the age and other academic qualification criteria prescribed by regulating body.

Note: Candidates who hail from J&K, AP & Telangana are eligible for taking admission to the AFMC, Pune only on the ground of self-declaration.

NEET 2020  Exam Pattern 

NEET 2020  Exam Pattern contains all the details of the NEET 2020  Exam such as Important Topics, Format of the Question Paper, Total No. the Questions asked, Distribution of the Question Paper, Marking Scheme etc.

  • Candidates will be given four options for each question where they will be awarded four marks for each correct response.
  • One Mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

Important Note:

  • The candidate will be provided OMR Answer Sheet for filling up the responses.
  • All applicants are advised to carry Blue/Black Ball Point pen for filling up responses in OMR Answer Sheet.
  • Candidate Marking more than one response to one question will be deemed as incorrect and hence one mark will be deducted.

NEET Question Paper Language Selection

  • The candidate will have the option of selecting the medium of the NEET 2020 Question Paper as per their preference.
  • The selection of the preferred languages can be filled while filling up the NEET 2020 Application Form.
  • The candidate can’t change their selection of the Question Paper later.
  • Those candidates select English as their preferred language will be provided NEET  Question paper booklet with having instructions in English language only.
  • Those candidates select Bilingual option will be provided booklet having instructions in both Hindi and English.
  • The candidate has the option of selecting the test booklet as vernacular language i.e English along with some other specific language such as Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati etc.

Note: In case of any uncertainty, English Medium booklet will be deemed as final.

NEET 2020  Admit Card Details

Steps to challenge NEET 2020  Answer Key

NEET 2020  Cut-Off Mark Details
