- First of all open the official website of PPU@ www.ppup.ac.in.
- Click on “Registration & Examination Portal” top of the header.
- PG Examination Form Apply page will be open.
- Click on Examination Form.
- Enter the Registration Number and Father’s or Mother’s Name.

Enter Entrance/Roll/Student Registration No. Click on Search.
- All details will appear on the screen, Preview the Details and confirm the details are correct.
