Patna: Teacher who got failed 3 times in Teacher Eligibility Test they are soon going to get training after that Eligibility Test from the teacher will be taken once again. Here is the news for the Teachers who are teaching in schools which are run by Bihar State Government education department, and time to time Teacher Eligibility Test taken from the teachers by BSEB. A teacher who got fails three times in eligibility Test they were going to remove from the job, then go to the high court for about it. High Court has been given the order to give one more chance to the all the teachers who failed three times in the Teacher Eligibility Test.
Teacher Fail in Test 3 Times
First give them training, after that take Eligibility Test from the, If they will get fail in this time then they will be removed from the job. Here is the latest update for the Teachers who got fail in 3 times in Eligibility Test they will get removed from the job but the complainant to the high court and high court given order to give one more chance.
3 Time Fail Teacher Get Training
First, arrange Training then take an exam from them. If they will also fail at this time, then They will be dismissed/ Remove from the job.
बिहार शिक्षक दक्षता प्रशिक्षण/ परीक्षा 2018
जो शिक्षक तीन बार दक्षता परीक्षा में फेल हो चुके हैं, उनको होगा एक विशेष प्रशिक्षण और प्रशिक्षण के बाद होगी उनसे फिर से दक्षता परीक्षा | अगर इस बार होंगे Fail फिर तो जाएगी उनकी नौकरी यानी कि वो पढ़ाने के काम से हटाए जाएंगे|
जैसा कि बिहार राज्य में जो स्कूल बिहार सरकार के द्वारा चलाई जा रही है, उनमें जो शिक्षक पढ़ाते हैं| उन सभी को सभी से दक्षता परीक्षा ली गई थी और कुछ शिक्षक जो कि उस परीक्षा में फेल हो गए थे| उनसे एक दो बार नहीं उसे तीन -तीन बार परीक्षा ली गए थे और वह फेल हो गए थे | इसलिए उन्हें Teaching/ शिक्षक के जॉब से हटाने का सोचा जा रहा था|
शिक्षक दक्षता परीक्षा में फेल
सभी शिक्षकों ने जो की दक्षता परीक्षा में फेल हो गए थे कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया तो कोर्ट ने एक बार और आदेश दिया कि – उन सभी से एक बार और दक्षता परीक्षा ली जाए उससे पहले उन को प्रशिक्षण दी जाए, अगर इस बार वह प्रशिक्षण के बाद परीक्षा दक्षता परीक्षा में फेल होते हैं- तो हो सकता है कि उनको शिक्षक के कार्य पर से हटाया जा सके |
