Citizenship/Domicile (For All Courses)
- All the candidates should be the permanent resident of Uttrakhand state.
- Those who have completed their 10th or 12th Board from outside Uttarakhand state can also if they are the permanent resident of Uttarakhand state.
Age Criteria
- There is no upper age limit for applying.
Academic Qualification
- Applicants academic qualification differs with courses Please read further to know as academic qualification according to courses.
Diploma in Engineering & Technology (Group E)
- This is three-year diploma course.
- Candidates must have completed 10th standard or equivalent from recognized board or university with Science & Mathematics as their main subject.
- All candidates must have secured at least 35% Marks in the qualifying examination.
Diploma in Hotel Management & CateringTechnology (Group H)
- Applicant should complete 12th standard or equivalent from recognized Board with English as their one of the qualifying subjects in this three-year diploma course.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 35% Marks in the 12th Board.
Diploma in Pharmacy (Group P)
- Diploma in pharmacy is two-year diploma course.
- Applicant should have completed 12th Board having Physics, Chemistry, & Biology/ Mathematics as their qualifying subjects.
- All those who have not completed 12th in regular mode are not eligible.
Note: NIOS Passed students are not eligible
Modern Office Management & Secretarial practices (Group M)
- This is two-year diploma course.
- Candidates must have completed 12th Board having English & Hindi as their compulsory subject in 10th and 12th Board.
PG Diploma in Computer Application (Group H)
- This is two-year Postgraduate diploma course.
- Candidate must have passed graduation.
Diploma in Textile Designing/Fashion Designing/Garments Technology (Group T)
- Candidate must have passed 10th Board or equivalent from recognized Board for applying in this two-year diploma course.
- Candidates must have secured at least 35% Marks in the qualifying exam.
Note: This course is available only for girls.
Diploma in Engineering (Group A) [Lateral Entry]
- Diploma in engineering is two-year diploma course for lateral entry into the second year.
- Applicants must have passed 12th Board or equivalent from recognized board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as their main qualifying subject.
- Candidates who have completed ITI Courses or 12th Board from technical/Vocational subjects are also eligible.
