Tamil Nadu Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates after the passing 12th examination willing to get admission in Polytechnic Course check the eligibility criteria for it. A candidate who will fulfil the Eligibility criteria can only get admission. Candidates can refer the following eligibility criteria for the admission.

Eligibility for diploma courses: Applicant must be High School passed but for HM and some other courses 12th passed applicants can apply 

Post diploma courses Eligibility: The Candidate have posses diploma certificate for apply for the post-diploma courses.

Lateral entry into diploma courses: High school pass candidates who have done ITI (Industrial Training Institute)diploma course are eligible for lateral entry in 2nd year of Diploma Polytechnic courses.

Every candidate from all category who will fill forms for Admission they need to pay Admission application Fee. Which can pay online mode? Online Fee-paying Facility will available using Debit / Credit Card or Netbanking. 

How to Fill up TN Polytechnic Admission Fee 2020 

Step 1: Online Registration – Candidates first need to do registration for Creating User ID and Password. It can proceed by entering basic details like name, gender, mobile number and email ID. As Details submitted Ab candidates will get registration, an application number and password will be sent to their registered mobile number and email ID and show on the screen. 

Step 2: Filling of Application Form: In the next step, candidates will have to use the user id and other credentials to fill-up the other required details i.e. personal and academic details.

In Form then need to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications prescribed in form.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee – Once, the candidates submit the form, then Application Fee payment will be shown then need to pay the fee.

Step 4: Submission of Application Form: After submission of Fee form will be submitted and It will be sent to authority for Next procedure for the admission. It is essential to take a print out admission application confirmation form for further use. 

Polytechnic Admission Merit List Tamil Nadu State 

Admission Authority will process the Online form using Admission Management Software and release the Merit list for Admission. Admission Merit List will publish on the basis of Mark in Board Examination and subject & Institute/College selected for Training. In Merit list following of the details will be mentioned. 

• Name of Candidate 
• Application Number 
• Course 
• Admission Counselling 

After getting the name in the Merit list Candidate have to go for counselling. In Counselling need to verify original documents and may face one to one Interview. During Counselling Candidate need to carry Following of Documents. 

• SSLC or equivalent mark sheet
• Original TC
• NOC from the past institute/college
• Recent Passport Size photographs
• Application Form 
• Result page in Which you selected for counselling. 
• Character Certificate
• Caste Certificate ( If applicable)
