• On the Home page click on Examination & Registration Portal. 
• Now Click on Examination Form Fill-up. 
• A new page will be opened Enter Your Registration Number and date of birth. 
• Click on Submit and the Exam Form will be open. 
• Select Subdidary Subject and fill in other asked details. 
• Now Click on Submit.
