• A new page will be open, Click on the Link for Which you need to fill up the exam form.   
• Enter Registration Number and click on Go.
• All Details will appear on the screen.
• Do as per instruction and update. 
• Now click on Submit and pay the Examination fee. 

Now your Examination Form is filled out successfully. 

After filling out the Examination Form and paid the Exam fee you need to submit a hard copy to your respective colleges.
