To take part in the Entrance examination, candidates must be posses class 10 or equivalent certificate from JAC or CBSE or any other board with a minimum of 35% marks. Students those who appeared this year in the Matric ( secondary) exam they can also fill but the time of counselling result for the exam should be out. The candidate is suggested to read all notification before applying for Entrance Examination for the Admission. Only eligible candidate will get admission even after cracking of Entrance Test by JCECEB. 

Academic Qualification
• Candidate must have passed the secondary/10th or equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks.

Residential Criteria
 The candidate should be the permanent resident of Jharkhand state OR

The candidate parents must be an employee of Central Government working in Jharkhand OR

The candidate parents should be an employee of State Government or organizations operated by the State Government of Jharkhand. 

 Age Limit

There is no minimum or maximum age limit for examination.

For Admission into Mining, Engineering candidate must complete 17 years on or before July 1, 2020.

How to Apply Jharkhand Polytechnic Admission Application Form 2020 

1. Registration, 2 Fill-Up Form by login, 3 Uploading Photo and Signature, 4 Pay Applicable fee. 

Step 1: PECE Online Registration 2020 

• First of all visit official website at http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/Default.aspx
• On the Home page, there will be a link ” JCECEB PECE 2020 ” 
• Then Clicks on “New registration” 
• A form will be open fill the details i.e. Name, Father’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Category, Mobile No. and Email ID. 
• Click on the ‘Submit’ button and verify your OTP. 
• A unique Registration ID will be generated for the candidate along with user id and password. 

Step 2:  Then use User id / Application number and password & Login. 

• A form will be open then Fill Personal & Educational Details Quota, Person with Disability, Nationality, Type of Resident of Jharkhand, Correspondence Address,
• Two choices of Examination City, Annual Income,
• Aadhar No., Passed/appeared in 10th Class, Name of Board, Year of Passing, Roll no and other details and save and submit. 

Step 3: Then Upload Images of passport size photograph, signature and thumb impression in which format say and size. 

Step 4: Then see the preview of the application and conforms, if correct, then pay the applicable fee.
